Banana II

Banana II is happening at the end of the month, February 26 in LA. It’s the biggest (and only?) Asian American bloggers conference in the country. See their official website here. This event is organized by Lac Su, author of I Love Yous Are For White People, and Steve Nguyen from Channel APA.

Larry and I flew down from Oregon last year, and we had a great time. I unfortunately can’t make the trip this year, but it’s going to be even bigger than last year. If you’re in the area, check it out.

Banana Conference 2009

Thanks to Lac Su and Steve Nguyen who organized a very fun conference this past Saturday in LA.

Yes, I eventually flew to LA. Yes, it was definitely worth it. And yes, the weather was excellent.

I know some bloggers are anonymous and prefer that I not post pictures, so I won’t do that. Instead, I’ll just tell you about some of the cool people I met and got to hang out with.
