Banana APA Bloggers Conference, Nov 21

For all you Angelenos and people close by,

There’s going to be an awesome conference going down in the LA area on November 21st at USC. Here’s the info from their Facebook:

Much thanks to Steve Nguyen and Lac Su for arranging this excellent conference.  They’ve definitely got the right idea about blogging and community.  Much appreciation to both of them for recognizing and celebrating the AA blogosphere.

I originally wasn’t going to be there because of time/family constraints.  Like Alpha, I was originally just going to support it in spirit.  But now I’m thinking that it might not be a bad thing to travel down south to see family in CA at the same time.  Hmm.

The bottom line is that I still plan to stay in Oregon, but I reserve the right to change my mind.  In any case, it’s going to be an absolutely fabulous conference–the Minority Militant, Anti-Social Ladder, and BcB will all be there, so all you fans of the AA blogosphere will get an opportunity to meet a lot of the big players who make it happen.  (I’m trying to get some 44s to come out, but it’s hard to get people to go to a party when you yourself are unsure of whether you can make it…)

In the meantime, if YOU are in the LA area, be sure to check it out.  I can all but guarantee it’s going to be fun.
