Upcoming Podcasts

We’re going to have two, possibly three upcoming podcasts.  The first will be this coming weekend, and it will be between me and a surprise guest.  We will be discussing the large interracial dating/marriage disparity in the Asian American community and its effect on both Asian Americans and non-Asian Americans.  We will also discuss the future outlook and what can be done to fix any problems related to the issue.  My guest has a loud opinion, and he’s looking forward to sharing it.  I’m looking forward to hearing it.  I anticipate that this will be fun.  It’s an important issue, one which, despite all the typing on the internet, we do not discuss enough in real time.

The second will be a discussion on Asian American stereotypes in film.  Our discussion panel will be Blake Faucette and Micah Moore, producers of action movies, along with Eva Pan, minority activist, and myself.  Vu Nguyen from Bicoastal Bitchin will be the moderator.  More on this one later.

Our third podcast, if it comes through, will be a feature on Asian American actors and actresses.  Our tentative guest so far is Ed Kahana, and we hope to have more.

Stay tuned.  If anyone has any suggestions for guests or recommendations for programs, as always, feel free to drop your them here.
